Introduction to Shotgun Shooting Sports

For beginners who are interested in shotgun shooting sports and don’t know where to go for information and guidance.

This new program from Proper Gun Fit includes:

• Proper safety in gun handling at the shooting clubs
• Check for eye dominance
• The proper way to hold and mount the shotgun
• Basic stance position for skeet, trap and sporting clays
• Use the DryFire Target Simulator to teach basic shooting skills and establish the leads needed to hit targets
• Simulate moving targets with their personal gun (laser attached) or a gun that is provided
• Discuss the type of shotgun needed in the different shooting sports
